(Photo by Toshikio Sasazu) TOKYO/KYOTO -- Japanese motor maker Nidec announced on Wednesday that the company has not yet obtained an unqualified audit opinion on its annual securities report. Its auditor PwC Japan has informed the company that it will not be able to complete its audit in time.
